Sire: CARTHAGO SUN I was the champion of his stallion test. He sired CITA, the top 6-year-old jumper in Germany in 2006, bred by Joe and Edda Sellinger. CARTHAGO SUN I has sired futurity winners as well as top performance horses. He is known for his wonderful temperament and beautiful movement.
Dam: LYRIC III – Standing 16.1, displays a floating trot and excellent jumping technique. Lyric is by LAPALLO, a Hanoverian that stood at Spruce Meadows and has produced quality jumpers and dressage horses alike. Lapallo was the sire of horse of the year “Ladybug” who earn a team bronze at North American Young Riders Championships in 2018 Lapallo’s sire LAPTOP combines top Holsteiner bloodlines of LORD, CAPITANO, and COR DE LA BRYERE along with GOTTHARD, LAPTOP won his 1995 stallion performance with excellent scores in both jumping and dressage notability 8.5 for rideability and 9 for canter Locally, Laptop’s son LEPRIMEUR also won his stallion performance in 2000 LEPRIMEUR himself had a very successful jumping career with Albert Kley and has produced numerous top jumpers that can be seen in the ring today
