Adelaide sold as a nicely started 4-year old at the 2006 Fall Classic Breeders Sale. Shelby Edwards competed with Adelaide in Thermal this past winter scoring double clear all week in the 1.30 classes, winning two of them and placing 3rd in the other. She placed 4th in the 1.20 Classic due to an unfortunate rail at the last jump in the jump off, but redeemed herself in the 1.30 modified Grand Prix by winning the class despite thunder and lightning during the jump off!

She completed a full year at the Prelim and One star level with many successful finishes: 1st at Copper Meadows Horse Trials - Open Prelim, 5th at the Woodside International Horse Trials-CIC*, 2nd at the South Peace Horse Trials – Open Prelim, 4th at the Rebecca Farms Horse Trials - JR/YR Prelim, and 7th at the Aspen Farms Horse Trials - Prelim. A competitive horse in all 3 disciplines.
