Sire: LEETO Z is an exceptional stallion in many ways. Beautiful conformation, powerful and elegant movement, combined with incredible scope make him an exceptional athlete. At his Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance Test, he was the highest scoring stallion for temperament and rideability. His foals all seem to have his temperament as well. Leeto Z’s sire is Lucino Z, who is by Landlord Z who is by Landgraf I. By the end of the 1980s, Landgraf I was rated best amongst all sires that had stood at stud in Germany, and his sons can be found throughout the world. Landgraf I became the most important sire of showjumpers in the twentieth century having sired the most money winning showjumping offspring in the World. Leeto z’s mom is by Crack I who is by Corrado I. With these world class bloodlines, elegant, modern type, tremendous work ethic, and even temperament, Leeto Z is proving to be a sire that passes all of these attributes on to his progeny.
Dam: DELILAH is a gorgeous and athletic young mare, whose performance career ended before it even began, due to injury. She is a high quality broodmare, and CWHBA has awarded her with PREMIUM mare status. Delilah is by Zaprila, who is by Chin Chin, an exceptional showjumping stallion. His willing character, combined with an undeniable jumping talent, were huge factors in his success. These attributes are passed through to his offspring. In 1988 Chin Chin won FIVE consecutive times in the North American League on the World Cup circuit and competed in Seoul at the Olympic Games where he placed sixth individually. Delilah’s mom is a mare called Quick Mella, who was ridden in the 1.40m jumpers by Eric Lamaze. Quick Mella was by THE Quidam de Revel who has sired many brilliant performers who have inherited his amazing sporting ability. Even today, he is still one of the best ambassadors of French breeding across the international community with his formidable genetic heritage combining two of the most important lines of Selle Francais breeding which have ever existed: Jalisco B (v. Alme) and Nankin.
