Sire: SALVATORE is a brave, honest, and trustworthy stallion. He has successfully competed up to, and including, 1.50m Grand Prix level. He has enormous scope, very good use of his foreleg, bascules more than sufficiently, and has a fantastic finish with his hind end. He naturally carries himself uphill, giving the rider a very secure feeling behind his powerful neck. Salvatore is a true gentleman to handle, both on the ground and in the saddle. He is from one of the most successful KWPN stallions in international show jumping, CAVALIER, who has claimed many successes in the international arena. His dam line is as equally outstanding. LEANDRO was a top international show jumper and has proven to be a top producer.
Dam: ODESSA V has proven herself in the show ring with amateur riders from 1.20m -1.45m (2nd Western Talent Squad Qualifier 2009), as well as professional riders, such as Gail Greenough, producing countless wins and championships throughout North America. In the show ring, Odessa V was known as a feisty firecracker, she was quick in the air with loads of scope and easily covered the ground, often making her unbeatable. Not only did Odessa V demonstrate herself as a champion in the jumper ring, she also produced high quality offspring. CLIFF II (REGILIO (sire:HEARTBREAKER) x Odessa V 2002), competed in Europe in 1.50m and later competed in Florida in the 1.50m, where he is now a 1.10m-1.20m jr/am jumper. The breeder unfortunately lost Odessa V earlier this year.
Notes: JADA ADDERSON (aka JUNO) is an unbelievably kind and intelligent mare. Her parents both jumped at the Grand Prix level with amateur riders (SALVATORE with Maddy Riddle and ODESSA V with Kate Watt). Juno has spent a year with a trainer who specializes in horsemanship under saddle and on the ground. During this year, she developed impeccable ground manners, jumped three-day eventing courses, schooled Rocky Mountain GP ring, went on trail rides in the mountains and wide open fields, and willingly walked into any trailer. She has seen it all! Juno is going to be the perfect Jr/Am horse. She is so easy going it is hard to believe she is only four.
