Sire: FERRO (OLYMPIC FERRO) was a team silver medallist at the 2000 Olympics and #1 in the BN World Stallion rankings with nine young stallions already licensed. This outstanding KWPN sire had a brilliant international dressage career as well as winning his stallion test in 1996 (first out of thirty). Olympic Ferro sired the champion of the 3-year-old stallions at s'Hertogenbosch in 2000 and had nine young stallions in the second round there in 2001.The champion 3-year-old mare at Ermelo in 2000 was an Olympic Ferro daughter. In 2002, Olympic Ferro once again had the highest score on the Olympic team.

Dam: BUGATTI FANTASY is a lovely, silver-bay mare with an incredible walk and canter. She received the award for top 3-year-old Materiale score and is continuing her training. She has proven her rideability and athleticism as she continues to school up the levels. BUGATTI HILLTOP, the dam sire, earned a score of 140 points in the dressage portion of his 100-day test, receiving scores of 9 on character, rideability, temperament, and all three gaits. He competed successfully and has produced a number of highly rideable, successful sport horses for the North American market.

Notes: FERRARI was named Foal of Distinction at his GOV inspection and the breeder would love to see him reach FEI. With his amazing pedigree and outstanding walks and canters in both parents, this boy should go far. The comments of the GOV inspectors were: "very self-confident colt", "very good neck set", "correct on all 4 feet", "very light type", "a little bit longer framed", "good balance and movement", and "really nice colt!" With both sire and dam having amazing aptitude for both jumping and dressage, the breeder thinks the sky is the limit for this fabulous boy. At the time of sale, Ferrari will be started under saddle with approximately 30 days.
