Sire:  BONAPARTE was Basic 4 Reserve Champion at the B.C. Dressage Championships in 1999.  In 2000, he completed his first year of Medium level dressage with scores up to 80%.  In 2002, he did his first Prix St. George, winning four, and placing second twice at six shows in Alberta.  BONAPARTE was sold in 2002 to the U.S., where he is currently in training for Grand Prix.  At the 2000 Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance Test, BONAPARTE scored three perfect 10’s for: willingness to work, character and temperament.  In addition, he was second in dressage and fourth in jumping.  His offspring have inherited his great temperament, outstanding movement and willing attitude.

Dam:  ILIMA’S SPREE was shown successfully in the hunter/jumper ring before retiring as a broodmare.  She has produced both jumper and dressage horses.

Notes:  BRUTUS is a very elegant young gelding with brilliant movement.  His natural, uphill movement and elevation will qualify him as a high level dressage horse.  He is also sure to excel in the jumper ring, with his bold and powerful jump.  At only four years of age, BRUTUS already possesses high trainability, he has demonstrated a great willingness to work and has emerged as a quick learner.
