Sire:  OLYMPIC FERRO received a Silver Medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics in the discipline of Dressage with Coby van Baalen.  This impressive black 17hh stallion is world renown for his looks and performance.  Today he is one of the most popular stallions in the horse industry.  His sire, ULFT, known as an all-round sport horse, has produced many great sport horses and approved stallions.  FERRO's dam's sire, FARN, produced the deceased stallion NIMMERDOR - 'Stallion of the Century'.

Dam:  LUROSA is a First Premium mare imported from The Netherlands as a yearling in 1994.  She carries the legendary blood of LANDGRAF I through her sire, LANDWIND II.  LUROSA's dam's sire is the Preferent Thoroughbred, ERDBALL, who is also sire of the KWPN approved stallion, TRITON.  For more detailed information on the dam, look for her in the broodmare section of this catalog.

Notes:  TRAVOLTA has been slowly started under saddle since January of 2003.  His elegance, well balanced elastic gaits, and beautiful color will catch eyes in any show ring.  TRAVOLTA is a true mirror image of his well-known sire, FERRO.
