Sire:  DONNER BUBE has one of the strongest pedigrees to ever come to Canada.  His sire, DONNERHALL, now immortalized in bronze, was ranked 33 in the WBFSH, while PIK BUBE was ranked 41 for dressage, in 2002.  PIK BUBE is also ranked as a jumper.  DONNER BUBE's dam, ALDATE, is a state premium mare (her trot is a 10), as are most of the mares in her line.  ALDATE's grand dam, ALINDA, bred to FURIOSO II, produced PURIOSO, who is ranked fourth in dressage for the years 1991 to 2000.

Dam:  SENTA, a well-bodied CWHBA mare, has produced a number of premium quality foals.  She is an IRIS DE NOTRE DAME daughter and on the dam side traces to ROUND TABLE.  IRIS DE NOTRE DAME is a descendent of FURIOSO.

Notes:  DESIREE II is a tall yet substantial young filly.  She has a very European look to her, with a lovely head, neck, and top line.  DESIREE shows the movement of her sire line and a very laid-back disposition.  She is the first one to come up for some attention and is easy to work with.  The crossing of the FURIOSO lines with DONNERHALL and PIK BUBE was intended to produce a strong dressage prospect.  DESIREE, however, may well succeed at either dressage or jumping.  Of course, she will also make a wonderful addition to any brood mare band.
