Chairman's Message I would like to welcome you to the 2003 Fall Classic Breeders' Sale. This is our 9th year of the sale, and it promises to be the best one yet. The breeders have responded to you, the purchasers, by consigning the best collection of horses of all types ever consigned. The best pedigrees from world-renowned sires, high inspection scores, and excellent training are all available. For the breeders, there are several well-bred broodmares, including three-in-one packages, foals and yearlings, coming from coveted bloodlines. The performance horse group has many going horses to do whatever job you require, and many young horses with a start that should have them ready to go and win in the show ring in 2004. The two-year-old group has several very exciting horses on offer. The bloodlines, the size, the quality and the basic training are all there, waiting to provide your next champion. We have made coggins tests mandatory and have strongly recommended all riding horses come with x-rays to make your purchase decisions easier. West Nile shots are also recommended. We have developed a schedule that will allow you ample time to view the horses, arrange for tryouts and complete your pre-purchase assessments. We have included the consignor phone number in the catalogue and encourage you to contact them directly prior to the sale to ask any questions you may have. For our US customers, we will help you expedite export papers and transportation to get your new purchase home as easily as possible. Pictures of the consigned horses will be up on the web site for you to look at. We, as a Sale Committee, remain committed to presenting you, the purchaser, with a good venue, good horses and a fun time purchasing.
