Sire: | DONAUFURST began his career in Canada where he won numerous championships in hunter/jumper competitions. He later began his dressage career and is living and competing in the United States. He successfully competed at the Intermediare I level and was Intermediare I Champion in 2001 at the Southeast Dressage Championships in Clarcone, Florida. DONAUFURST is the only Trakehner stallion in the United States or Germany to produce three approved sons his first is the only Trakehner stallion in the United States or Germany to produce three approved sons his first year of breeding. DONAUFURST's bloodlines combine the Olympic Superstars, ABDULLAH and PERON, sire of 4 approved sons, several approved grandsons, and competition horses. His offspring have won dozens of hunter and dressage championships. |

Dam: | MANDY'S ATHENA, in her first year competing was Basic and Basic Freestyle Champion, plus winning numerous other categories including Model Hunter. The following year, her competing career was ended due to a training accident. MANDY'S ATHENA is a daughter of RUBIN, who was imported from Germany after a successful dressage career and producing champion sire REMBRANDT, who in turn produced many top flight performers in Germany. |

Notes: | MYDALION, aka MAC, enjoys being around people and focuses on his work. With his long legs, large barrel, and good movement MAC will do well in any discipline. MAC has natural forward movement with lots of suspension. At sale time, MAC will have four months riding time. He was started lightly last year and had the winter off to finish growing. |
