KINGSTON was Reserve Champion of the 2000 Stallion Performance Test for Canadian Warmblood with equal indexes for dressage and jumping. He earned a perfect '10' for his willingness to work; 9's for his character and temperament; the only '8' awarded by the judges for his canter; 8's and 7's for rideability from training master, judges and test riders on the flat and over fences; as well as for his technique and scope in jumping. He is a very rideable and versatile stallion.KINGSTON is siring premium daughters, including the 1998 National High Score mare. KINGSTON's first get to hit the show ring are competing in jumpers and eventing, including his oldest daughter KASHMERE, a recent 2002 winner at Bend, Oregon in the jumper ring. |

Dam: | CHAMPAGNE EXPRESS hails from a strong mare line of performers. Though she herself did not compete due to a foal injury, her dam was a solid Preliminary Eventer and the granddam an AdvancedThree Day competitor and full sister to an International Team horse. CHAMPAGNE is half sister to a Young Rider Dressage horse, a winning Hunter and the second High Score mare of the 1999 National Inspections, now a jumper. Her sire, WODAN (KWPN) was a competitive Grand Prix horse and is consistently siring Champion hunters, competitive dressage and event prospects, and winning Preliminary, Intermediate, Open and Jr/Ami jumpers, including Grand Prix winner, SYNERGY. WODAN's get are noted for natural ability, trainability, honesty and their excellent minds. |
