Sire: WODAN is a branded Hanoverian stallion who is approved with five different breed associations in Germany. Prior to his export to Canada, he was a successful International Grand Prix jumper. Among his victories is the prestigious win at the indoor Grand Prix in Vienna under Frankie Sloothaak. WODAN has proven to be an excellent breeding stallion by siring several successful sport horses including: WEMBLEY, WALHALLA, WALZER, TUSCALUSA, WALLENTINAL, and WODYNA, all having competed at the International Grand Prix level in jumping or dressage.

Dam: MJ ALBERTA was inspected for CWHBA in 1998, at sixteen years of age, and was awarded a second premium score of 7.0. ALBERTA has been a consistent producer of premium quality offspring. MJ BARCELONA received a first premium and sold to California in the 1997 Fall Classic Breeders Sale. MJ SEOUL, a 1997 mare received a first premium score of 7.6 in 2001. WISKY DARQ, her 1999 foal will be inspected this year. Given time, MJ ALBERTA may achieve an Elite Mare award.

Notes: WISKY DARQ is a most striking young mare. By sale date WISKY will have 30 days riding and beready to continue light training. WISKY will do well in performance and will make an exceptional broodmare in the future.
