Pedigree Reader - Ron Anderson

Ron Anderson was born and raised in the rural Calgary area and has been involved in the horse business virtually all of his life and in purebred horse sales by public auction for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in American Quarter Horse pedigrees but provided services for Spruce Meadows' sport horse sales in the '90's, as well as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police musical ride production sales in Ottawa in 2000 and 2002. Ron has provided commentary for numerous private production sales of all categories of performance horses, including sport horses, and has attended most major agricultural and equine events in Western Canada as a public events announcer. To quote Ron, "I like horses, horse people and horse events. The order of preference for these "likes" varies from day to day." Ron and his wife Marilyn operate a training facility NE of Calgary.
