Lot 1 - WILDROSE

WILDROSE is a Canadian bred registered Hanoverian filly. She combines beauty with correct conformation and basic gaits. Her proven performance pedigree, soundness and good temperament make her an ideal candidate for the professional or amateur competitor. She could be a future foundation mare for the serious warmblood breeder. At the time of sale she will be started under saddle for two months and shows good form over fences in the chute. Wildrose is in foal to the dark bay Hanoverian approved stallion CONTEUR. This beautiful son of CONTENDER is known for his outstanding rideability and high dressage index, even though his pedigree is renowned for jumping. European breeders currently admire him for producing outstanding youngsters, both dressage and jumping.

Lot 2 - SONJA QV

SONJA QV is a very attractive CWHBA mare with powerful movement. This is an opportunity to purchase an excellent broodmare with exceptional bloodlines for the modern dressage and show jumping worlds. She is a sound mare, so could also be trained for a show career, and is very competitive like both of her parents. SONJA is bred to ILIAN DE TAUTE, by the legendary Olympic showjumping stallion NARCOS II, and currently ranked # 2 as a world performance-producing stallion. He has won both Horse of the Year and Sire of the Year, and his son TWIST DU VALON won Horse of the Year in the US in 1998. ILIAN DE TAUTE is out of the DU MESNIL dam line, whose family has produced several top winners in eventing and jumping, such as KRACK D'ARGOS and NERVAL II. Her dam, GUETNA DU MESNIL, has produced 11 listed winners in all 3 disciplines. ILIAN's first foal crop showed in 2006 as 4 year olds winning and placing in all disciplines. ILIAN's eldest offspring are 5 years old and are having great success in the ring across all three disciplines. His 4 year old son, P.S. I LOVE YOU, was crowned 2007 Canadian National Licensing Champion. None of this is surprising given ILIAN genetic ISO & Blup index, as he is genetically predisposed to perform at the international level and produce top performers. Not only stunning in looks and movement, his conformation and temperament are exemplary. ILIAN DE TAUTE has a Blup score of +20 and an ISO performance of 129, which was exceptional for a 4 year-old. He was awarded Elite status during the 2000-jumping season for 4-year-old stallions, the finals being at Fontainebleu. ILIAN DE TAUTE had 13 out of 14 double clear rounds in 2000. He is the epitome of what a sport horse should be, athletic, strong with good bone and muscle, and intelligent with a tractable disposition.

Lot 3 - MAGGIE

MAGGIE, a rich chestnut mare, has produced many outstanding offspring. She represents a rare opportunity to acquire a MAJOR WON mare carrying some of the most sought after German bloodlines. MAGGIE is in foal to the approved stallion CREE. CREE has a Scandinavian heritage, a Swedish mother and a Danish father, two sides of an impeccable pedigree. His sire, COME BACK II, is a son of COR DE LA BRYERE. COME BACK II has been an international competitor in Grand Prix Dressage; is in the top 10 hunter sire in the USA; and is known for producing competitive jumpers. CREE's mother, SYMFONIE, is a Premium A mare with the Swedish Warmblood Association. CREE was champion of the Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance test in 2005; first in the dressage index and second in the jumping index. He had scores of 10 for character, constitution, and rideability; and 9 for temperament, willingness and jumping score.

Lot 4 - GRANNE

GRANNE is a 16.3hh dark bay 13 year old Hanoverian registered broodmare. Imported from Hanover, Germany in 1996, this mare has an even and easy temperament and offers rare foundation bloodlines. GRANNE's sire is GRAF GRANNUS, Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 2004 and 2005. GRANNE produced GRETA GARBO, an absolutely gorgeous and athletic 4 year old dark bay mare currently standing 16.3, and should finish over 17 hands. Lot 5 - COCOMO WF

COCOMO WF is a flashy yearling filly; black with a blaze and two white socks. She is well mannered and easy to handle, intelligent and quick to learn. COCO exhibits nice movement and stride, and has lots of size and bone. Her pedigree has jumper written all over it and she is destined to be in the show ring. This is a great opportunity to buy a foal from two talented, imported parents. COCOMO is a wonderful cross of some great German bloodlines

FRANJELICA is a flashy bay filly. Her pedigree speaks for itself. Whether you would like to pursue dressage, jumping or need a well bred broodmare, this filly will do it all.

Lot 7 - RASPUTIN

RASPUTIN (name pending) is a naturally uphill colt with a strong back, large kind eye and great movement in all three gaits. He is sure to make a high level dressage competitor or stallion prospect. Don't miss out on this one! He will take your breath away. Grand Prix bloodlines throughout his entire pedigree.

Lot 8 - FAUSTO

FAUSTO (name pending) is an uphill colt full of charisma with incredible movement and a wonderful personality. He will make a highly competitive dressage horse or stallion prospect. He looks just like his sire, with the same beautiful head of his dam. This colt will be a show stopper for either the serious dressage competitor or breeder. A rare find.

Lot 9 - CLINTON'S AFFAIR

CLINTON'S AFFAIR is a gorgeous eight year old 16.2hh mare by NEPHRITE. She has been shown over fances to 2'9", is sound and sensitive to the rider. CLINTON'S AFFAIR placed first at the Saskatchewan Warmblood Inspection in 2005. The judge described her as "very stylish with the classic hunter look." CLINTON'S AFFAIR is inspected and approved for breeding in the CWHBA. She is in foal to OBERON for 2009.

Lot 10 - KATHMORR WIND SPRITE

KATHMORR WIND SPRITE has been a very strong broodmare and has produced offspring that excel in the sports of dressage or jumping. She is open and ready for the 2009 breeding season. Her 2008 filly at side is not available at the sale.

Lot 11 - SOUTHERN QUILLO

SOUTHERN QUILLO is an exceptional producer of Warmblood foals, herself winner of the BC Foal Futurity with a first premium score of 8. She is an elegant mare who shows excellent scope and technique over fences, and showed phenomenal power, with good hock action and shoulder reach under saddle. QUILLO carries the exceptional bloodline's of MARTIN'S WORRY, ROYAL CHARGER and MUSTANGO, all proven Thoroughbred sport producing lines. On her dam's side, QUILLO possesses the lines of NATUREL, who was winner of the national stallion inspection in Utrecht for three and four year olds; the preferent Dutch stallion KRISTAL, a noted sire of dressage horses; and POLYDOR, whose offspring are world renowned for their outstanding jumping ability.

Lot 20 - GRETA GARBO

GRETA GARBO is an absolutely gorgeous and athletic 4 year old dark bay mare currently standing 16.3 hands. She is bred from the world’s top show jumping lines, breeding lines whom many consider to be rare and unattainable. This mare will finish 17 plus hands. GRETA's grandsires are: QUIDAM DE REVEL, a horse who established himself as the pre-eminent - and most expensive - living sire of show jumping horses in the world and, in a survey of the world’s top 75 jumping sires, QUIDAM DE REVEL is listed as Number 1*. As an Olympian himself he has produced the most Olympic progeny. GRETA's dam’s side is GRAF GRANNUS, Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 2004 and 2005, and considered to be a top show jumping foundation stallion. Under saddle and over fences, this mare displays remarkable balance, easy collection and a steady stride to fences. GRETA has a solid foundation and is ready to begin a show jumping career. Lot 21 - ZURENDY

ZURENDY is a beautiful four year old mare out of well known bloodlines. She is really a friendly horse who loves to please. As a three year old she had two months training under saddle and, by the sale date, will have had an additional two to three months training. The professional trainer is very impressed with her. He trained a horse last year who was related to ZURENDY and, in his words, "same disposition, same attitude, very good mover, easy to train, solid walk, trot, and canter." The horse from last year was the top seller in another Warmblood sale.

Lot 22 - AIR FORCE ONE

AIR FORCE ONE is a beautiful mahogany bay gelding with two hind socks, sired by the approved Holsteiner stallion ARIADUS, son of the legendary ACORD II, and showing LANDGRAPH two times in his pedigree. The mare line on this young gelding reads like a who's who for international show jumping, and AIR FORCE ONE lives up to every bit of it, powerful, round and scopey with excellent use of his knees and hocks. He is also a wonderful mover with three light forward and airy paces. A lovely horse to ride, simple and straight forward doing all his basic work over fences and on the flat, including changes and lateral movements. The 2006 champion Holsteiner mare of Washington was by ARIADUS and out of a LOCATO (LORD) dam, very similar bloodlines to AIR FORCE ONE, and a very exciting competitor in an arena.

Lot 23 - GALAXY

This youngster combines some of the most well known and consistent Hanoverian bloodlines in jumping and dressage. GALAXY is well started on the flat and jumping. At his first dressage show he received two firsts at Training Level and the cooler for the division. He will compete in both the dressage and hunter futurities CPF. He trails, hauls, baths, clips, etc. with no fuss. X-rays available.

Lot 24 - GURKHA GIRL

GURKHA GIRL is a lovely flaxen chestnut mare with the beautiful movement of her dam and presence and colouring of her sire. She was the only filly produced by NITOUCHE DE LAUBRY who passed away last year and one of the very few offspring of KAISER DE LA COUR available. She descends from the very best of rare French and Belgian bloodlines which are not readily available in North America. GURKHA GIRL has been broken and started and was handled extensively since a foal in ground training and routine barn procedures.

Lot 25 - BLUE BEYOND

BLUE BEYOND is a tall son of BEACH BOY demonstrating tremendous flexibility in his gaits, in his neck, body and limbs, giving new meaning to the term ‘elastic’. BLUE's attributes include an extremely long overstep in his walk stride, a lofty trot, which is both comfortable and easy to sit, and an equally comfortable and impressive, ground covering canter stride. He is quite soft in the bridle and goes easily forward from the leg making his large frame easy to package. As with many of the BEACH BOY babies, BLUE will take a little longer to physically mature. He is an extremely positive and personable guy with a lovable character; easy to start and handle throughout his training. BLUE BEYOND would be suitable for a Jr. and/or Adult Amateur rider looking for an amiable and athlete horse. Combining an exceptional jumping pedigree with excellent gaits and superior disposition, BLUE BEYOND is ideal for a high level future in either jumping or dressage.

Lot 26 - BONTANGOLOMA

BONTANGOLOMA is our favourite two year old. You will find everything in one package with her. She has a lovely disposition, likes people and has excellent conformation with a pretty head. She is now 16hh and is expected to reach 16.3hh like her dam. If you are looking for a riding horse or a broodmare, she is an excellent mover with three solid gaits and excellent bloodlines. This is one of the last opportunities to get a CONTANGO offspring as, sadly, he passed away last year.

Lot 27 - ECSTASY

ECSTASY is a very elegant black two year old supported by quality bloodlines. He is a bold, elastic mover with tremendous presence and self-carriage. He is very athletic with dual purpose qualities and abilities like his sire. His pedigree supports his ability in either the dressage or jumper ring. ECSTASY is fully Canadian Performance Futurity nominated. ECSTASY'S half brother E-BAY (EARL x AIRIELLE) was this year’s CPF 4 Year-Old Dressage Champion.

Lot 28 - KVS BOLERO

KVS BOLERO will mature into a large (16.3-17hh) sporthorse. BOLERO is 75% Dutch warmblood and 25% Hanovarian. She is a kind and bold CWHBA mare that should do well in the show ring. She can also be used for breeding if so desired. She will be eligible to enter the CWHBA studbook as a main mare.

Lot 29 - BIG SUGAR

BIG SUGAR is ANGELITA'S only colt by BEAU SOLEIL. He inherited her attractive, elegant top line and rose gray colour. He combines the best of both parents in appearance and ability, with a wonderful head and impressive gaits. He is slated for presentation at the fall stallion licensing, but regardless is an extremely promising performance prospect for any discipline.

Lot 30 - ZAMORA

ZAMORA has a lofty, rhythmical trot, a smooth canter and a great jump. She is light off the leg, she does her auto changes and will make a great hunter. Z carries her head in a low, natural frame. She tries very hard for her rider, is eager to please and keen to jump. She has had two foals, and has proven herself a worthy broodmare. She has been to one hunter show to date, and has done well with junior riders that leased her for a short time. ZAMORA has had regular deworming, vaccinations and farrier care since she was a foal.

Lot 31 - BODIE

BODIE is a 16.1hh dark brown gelding, born in 2005. As of July 2008 he has been started under saddle and is going well. He shows natural balance and ability over jumps and flexibility in his gaits and body. BODIE is well rounded, with both jumping and dressage ability. With BODIE's great disposition and willingness, he is adaptable to any field of show and a good prospect for jumping, dressage or even hunter.

Lot 32 - REFLECTION

REFLECTION has wonderful movement combined with a fantastic temperament. She is cool and sensible about new things. This young mare has the potential for true versatility. Her ancestors are responsible for Olympic competitors in all three disciplines. X-rays available.

Lot 33 - MJ BACK TO THE FUTURE

BACK TO THE FUTURE, or "Fozzy", as she is known in the barn, has excellent potential for the jumper ring. Her careful, scopey jump with tight technique and quick reflexes earned her an excellent 84 points at the 2008 Chute Jumping Challenge. She has been under saddle for five months ridden by a junior. She shows great willingness to jump and should make a big impression in the 09 show ring. If you’re serious about show jumping, take a look at her, she has the breeding, the conformation and the ability.

Lot 34 - ELECTRA

ELECTRA is a gorgeous young horse by EASTERN RULER out of WYNONA. Correctly started under saddle and trained by a professional. ELECTRA is an extremely talented 3 year-old prospect, beautiful and uphill with three superb gaits and excellent ride-ability. She is very calm and super to ride. ELECTRA would excel as a jumper & has the movement for dressage. She will be lightly started over fences by sale time. Suitable for a professional, junior, or adult amateur. Her excellent trainability and solid work ethic will make this mare a successful competitor. A must see.

Lot 35 - BALLADEER

BALLADEER is a very elegant young horse, long-legged and still growing. He has a very pleasant attitude and is easy to train. His good looks, pedigree and talent all point him to the hunter ring as an exceptional prospect. By sale time he will be going well under saddle and will be ready to start serious development for a future show career.

Lot 36 - DONNA LISA MHS

DONNA LISA MHS is an eye catching two year old brown filly, with potential for all disciplines. Her conformation is lovely. She demonstrates wonderful athletic ability with excellent movement and rhythm. When she comes in the right hands, she could rise to the top. She is Canadian Performance Futurity Nominated and should mature to 16.1hh.

Lot 37 - GRAFFITI

GRAFFITI, aka Gorgeous George, has it all! This lovely two year old is extremely athletic, has excellent conformation, big floating movements and is a pleasure to be around. With this young man, the sky's the limit!

Lot 38 - 77 ALTURAS

77 ALTURAS is an athletic, flashy bay gelding who is extremely friendly. His bloodlines show his versatility for any discipline. This conformationally correct gelding will make a great future amateur horse.

Lot 39 - RASCELLE

RASCELLE is an outstanding mare, the type which does not become available every day. She is very kind and quick to learn and shows athletic abilities that she comes by honestly through her parentage. RASCELLE's nomination to the Canadian Performance Futurity is current.

Lot 40 - MARE'S HAVEN WATSON

MARE'S HAVEN WATSON is a beautiful bold mover with a lovely mind. His dressage pedigree shines through in his quiet elegance, and he is truly light and willing in your hand when under saddle. A natural carriage and a soft, quiet ride makes WATSON a prime candidate for the dressage ring.

Lot 41 - DONNER MAY BELLE

This mare represents the successful cross of DONNER BUBE and WODAN that has produced several athletic, useable horses for professionals and amateurs alike. DONNER MAY BELLE has been ridden for two years. A big mare with a lovely temperament, she has been ridden extensively on the flat and started over fences. She has successfully completed a 25 mile endurance ride with a junior rider. X-rays available.

Lot 42 - ADIOS II

ADIOS II is a lovely leggy mare with expressive gaits for dressage and obvious scope for the open jumpers. Good swing and elasticity in her movement and a willing attitude make her a joy to ride. She has been given a slow and careful start due to her size and her owner’s circumstances. Started under saddle as a young 4 year old, she has been ridden very sparingly until this summer. By sale time ADIOS will have over 3 months of professional training with dressage trainer Angie Golley. She has already been through the CWHBA mare inspection. In addition to a career as a riding horse, she has potential for significant value to a quality breeding program, as her sire is best known as an important broodmare sire with his daughters producing champion stallions.

Lot 43 - PIK KAISERS SPUTNIK

PIK KAISER’S SPUTNIK, aka Spud, is a beautiful 16.1hh bay 5yr old gelding has jumping in his blood, from the Silvio I lines and dressage from the Pik Bube lines. He moves with grace and elegance in all 3 gaits. Being ranch raised, he is very bold and free moving. SPUTNIK gets his large stride and special ability for fitness from his Thoroughbred dam. He is very loving and willing to please. He is currently showing 3' jumpers, schooling 3'6". This horse will be a champion in any discipline.

Lot 44 - RIO QUICK

RIO QUICK has the blood of many great horses in his pedigree and is also bred over the same RAMIRO Z/ALME Z cross as the great RATINA Z. RIO QUICK has inherited the size and wonderful disposition of his sire RIO GRANDE and is a true stamp of both his sire and dam. RIO QUICK has been broken, started and free jumped and has been handled extensively since a foal for ground training and routine barn procedures.

Lot 45 - AMARULA MS

AMARULA MS has a kind temperament, elastic movement, classic jumping technique and a premium pedigree. Her damline boasts LANDGRAPH, CALETTO II and PILATUS (who also sired Westfalian POLYDOR and PILOT). AMARULA is black-bay in colour, correct and solid in her conformation, and has three forward elastic paces. A pleasure to ride, with an extremely pleasant personality, she is bred to jump, and does so with smooth power and ease of scope, pulling her knees and hocks up nicely. AMARULA leads, loads, lunges, ties, and stands for the farrier and veterinarian. She will have 30 solid days of training, walk, trot, canter, and be able to navigate a small jumping course by sale time. A valuable mare for either competition or breeding.

Lot 46 - COR'DE LANCE

COR'DE LANCE is a big, strapping gelding with a wonderful, friendly temperament. He has been professionally started and loves to jump. If you are looking for a great young horse to enter the show ring with, here's your man.

Lot 47 - KVS ALLEGRO

KVS ALLEGRO is a 4 year old CWHBA mare with 75 % Dutch warmblood and 25% Hanoverion bloodlines. ALLEGRO was started under saddle last year and was ridden for two months but then allowed to have a foal this year. She was started in training again this summer and by sale time will have another 2-3 months of training. ALLEGRO is a quiet, honest mare showing good gaits, and will be able to jump some lower fences at sale time. She will be inspected by CWHBA and will enter the studbook as a main mare. Besides starting her in the show ring you may also use her as a breeding mare now or in the future. Her foal, by the CWHBA approved stallion ZAPATERO, is a wonderful, correct, excellent moving sport horse prospect.

Lot 48 - ROCHESTER II

ROCHESTER ll is everything his breeding dictates; he is a dark, elegant gelding with an incredible disposition. His powerful, rhythmic stride would suit a career in either hunter or dressage. He has been in professional training for 10 months overall, and was given the proper breaks in his training in order to develop both mentally and physically. He is now ready to go on as a willing partner in whatever discipline you choose. Even with his large size, he is responsive to the aids, easy to ride and is an excellent choice for the amateur rider. Lot 49 - OSCAR III

Beautiful movement and a willing personality make OSCAR III a joy to train. A tall horse likely to finish 16.3 hh with an elegant look that reminds one of his Thoroughbred heritage, this versatile young horse is very easy going. Just started this year he will make a fun project for anyone.

Lot 50 - S.H. BEAU HEATHER

S.H. BEAU HEATHER is a very elegant, graceful mare with excellent movement. She shows excellent form over fences with a very rhythmic canter. Her full sister S.H. BEAUHANA was second in the Prairie Zone Canadian Performance Futurity Dressage last summer. S.H. BEAU HEATHER is well mannered and has extensive ground work training.

Lot 51 - NEALA

NEALA should live up to her gaelic name of champion. She is an attractive mare with an abundance of personality who loves to please. She is an impressive mover with plenty of scope and technique in the chute. NEALA will follow in the footsteps of her siblings and excel in the show ring.

Lot 52 - M3 DENAE

M3 DENAE is a tall and substantial young mare. She is an eyecatcher and will undoubtedly continue the line of premium horses with very expressive gaits. DENAE offers the opportunity to purchase a quality young performance prospect with an impressive pedigree that will make her a valuable future broodmare. Canadian Performace Futurity nominated.

Lot 53 - SUMMER SOLSTICE MP

SUMMER SOLSTICE MP has the looks and movement of both her sire and dam and the bright red chestnut color of both her parents. This filly just loves attention and will always come to you for a pat. SUMMER demonstrates wonderful athletic ability with excellent movement and rhythm. She will be able to lunge, ground drive and know how to carry a saddle and bridle by sale time. This filly will have all the ground work done so you can start riding her when you take her home. She is Canadian Futurity Nominated.

Lot 54 - GYPSY IV

GYPSY IV is a cute prospect that is very easy to work with. She is light off the leg, carries her head and neck in a low, natural frame both with contact and on a loose rein. GYPSY has smooth, easy-to-ride gaits, and is naturally balanced. She has an excellent, kind personality, and was ridden by an adult amateur after only 30 days under saddle. She is a very fast learner and will be an excellent horse for a variety of disciplines. GYPSY would be a great horse for someone looking to start a youngster as she is very trainable and clever. GYPSY has had regular deworming, vaccinations, and farrier care since she was a foal.

Lot 55 - FAR CRY

FAR CRY is a lovely dark bay, almost black, refined, correct and well balanced young stallion of the modern warmblood type. FAR CRY is inbred 3 X 5 to the foundation sire FURIOSO II, sire of VOLTAIRE and FOR PLEASURE, with a list of all time great and foundation sires in his pedigree too numerous to mention, FAR CRY has potential and performance stamped all over him. GERVANA is a lovely, talented young mare who was professionally started under saddle in the fall of 2007. She is very feminine and would suit a petite rider. She currently stands 15.2hh and will probably finish at 16hh. She has 3 excellent gaits with a fabulous, lofty trot. She has excellent form & scope through the jump chute and will be ready to embark on whatever career that you choose.

Lot 58 - MJ SAFFRON

MJ SAFFRON will continue her bloodline's winning ways. She has been very easy to develop and quick to learn, showing great suspension at the trot with a very easy to ride canter, and a mind for a junior or amateur. Her long-legged, elegant appearance is set off by four matching stockings that will keep her in the judge's mind. Hunter or dressage, this mare will go a long way.

Lot 59 - GOOD TIMES

GOOD TIMES is an eye-catching mare, full of personality. She has two years of professional training, including dressage, jumping, gymnastics and trail rides. GT has a springy trot, a big canter and a great jumping style. She is starting her auto changes and has one year of show experience to date. She did the Baby Green Hunters as a four year old and was fourth in Four Year Old Canadian Performance Futurity (Prairie Zone) for dressage. She has been in the ribbons in every dressage test she has done. GOOD TIMES clips, ties, bathes and trailers with no problems. She has had regular deworming, vaccinations and farrier care since she was a foal. This friendly mare is fun to be around and could be a junior prospect down the road.

Lot 60 - RUFFINA

RUFFINA is a lovely bay filly very much stamped by her sire RIO GRANDE in colour, markings, presence and size. She is an exceptional mover and offers outstanding potential for both hunter or jumper with the pedigree and physical presence and movement to back up both. Her pedigree page shows exclusively Hanoverian Main Studbook mares. RUFFINA is the only filly produced by SINA and she is nothing but blue hen mare breeding. RUFFINA has been broken and started and has been handled extensively since birth for ground training and routine barn procedures.

Lot 62 - BOSCALA PR

BOSCALA PR is a dark rose grey , 16.1hh, Dutch Warmblood filly. She is a stunning young mare, exceptionally bred with superb movement and a lovely disposition. Through her sire line she carries the blood of PION, AMOR (2x), SILVANO and LE MEXICO. Through her damline she carries the blood of the "Stallion of the Century" NIMMERDOR, FARN, LUCKY BOY, AMETHIST, ERDBALL and JURRIAAN. This filly has huge potential as a performance horse as well as a broodmare. With her pedigree, BOSCALA PR is a rare find in North America indeed.

Lot 63 - KVS BERLIN

KVS BERLIN is a 2 year old sport horse prospect. Based on BERLIN's breeding, movement and chute jumping ability, he could either go dressage, hunter or jumper. BERLIN has an easy going trainable mind with a kind disposition. He is also handsome enough to be an eye catcher in the show ring.

Lot 64 - S H BEAULICIOUS

S H BEAULICIOUS is a very pretty, elegant brown mare with smooth, long movement and quick knees in the chute. She would make a very lovely hunter. She is well mannered and has extensive ground work training.

Lot 65 - TARANAKI PR

TARANAKI PR is a16.1hh, dappled liver chestnut, Dutch Warnblood mare. She was bred by AI to JUSTICE (COCKTAIL/WOLFGANG) and produced the colt ZORRO PR. She was bred in 2005 with frozen semen to DAMIRO and produced the filly BAYAH PR. TARANIKI (NIKKI) is a lovely mare with a beautiful neck and head, very expressive gaits and a super personality. She carries some of the oldest bloodlines of the Dutch Warmblood registry and is a valuable addition to any broodmare band. She is lovely to ride, works well at training level dressage and has impressive style and scope over fences.

Lot 66 - KONTESSA

Poetry in motion, that is what you will think when you see KONTESSA, a 7 year old Canadian Warmblood mare. She has three large, correct, expressive gaits with a huge amount of float. TESS stands at 16.1hh and is a beautiful soft chestnut with lots of chrome. No need to put on bandages to show off her flashy form. TESS has very good dressage basics, walk, trot, canter, leg yield, turn on the forehand, turn on the haunches and rein back. She is very light on the leg aids and very forward in her movement. She has done well in the dressage show ring placing both times out. TESS has done limited jumping but is keen and enthusiastic to the fence, showing good form and scope. She has lovely manners both in the ring and out, is easy to catch, brush, shoe, trailer and take out to shows or clinics. Her temperament is very sensible but sensitive. As a 4 year old TESS took the year off to have a foal. Her pregnancy was problem-free and she proved to be a stellar mom. TESS has exceptional ability in both dressage and jumping and is now ready to go to a competitive show home to fulfill her potential.

SOUTHERN WIZARD is a truly special gelding. He has amazing movement with loads of reach and swing, he shows natural ability to excel in the dressage ring, but with his pedigree (ARKANSAS/ARTENSTOLZ) he will excel in any discipline. WIZARD has been started under saddle and will have 90 days by the time of sale.

Lot 68 - MJ HEATHCLIFF

MJ HEATHCLIFF is an elegant, black gelding with his future in front of him. A strong, scopey jump and good movement make him suitable for the hunter, equitation or jumper ring. Changes are automatic, barn manners are good, he is ready to go out and compete in 2009.

Lot 69 - PIK KAISERS STORM

PIK KAISER’S STORM, aka Stormy, is a 16hh 5yr old gelding who has been bred to do it all, with Silvio I bloodlines for jumping and Pik Bube for dressage. He has wonderful conformation. His 3 gaits are fluid, light, rhythmical and balanced. Having the freedom to run as a youngster has made him bold and free moving. He is a pleasure to work around with his loving caring nature and eagerness to please. This horse is a champion A circuit hunter in the making. Just started over fences he already shows winning form.

Lot 70 - BUFFALO BILL

BUFFALO BILL is an attractive dark chestnut gelding with an eye catching facial marking, hence his name. As promised by his pedigree, he has wonderful expressive and comfortable to ride gaits. His large walk, a trot with elevation and good elasticity and amazing ground covering, balanced canter are all compliments of his famous sire, BEACH BOY. He has exceptional form over fences. Scopey with excellent bascule, quick with his knees and has very good hind leg technique. This horse clearly has a promising future in either, the hunter / jumper ring or dressage ring. BUFFALO BILL is suitable for all riders. Currently in professional training, he is going well on the flat and will have limited experience over fences by sale time.

WARWICK ALEX SV is a sweet, wonderful horse that is black like his sire OLYMPIC FERRO. He is an easy horse to ride who should excel in either jumping or dressage.

Lot 72 - GALA YODA

GALA YODA is a large bodied gelding with excellent temperament and character. His gentle and calm demeanor inspires confidence with his riders in the saddle and on the ground. He has excellent jumping ability and a large ground covering canter. His trot is lofty and would be suited for the dressage ring as well. At sale time he will have 6 months of training but he acts more as a 4 year old, with his calm mind, than a 3 year old. This is an amateur's dream prospect.

Lot 73 - DANDY BOY

DANDY BOY is a strong, correct, attractive, dark bay gelding. He stands 16.2hh as a three year old but is not too big, with a nice frame. He has had three months with a trainer at the beginning of the year and has been quietly continuing with lessons at home and at clinics. DANDY BOY has a steady walk, trot and canter and has been over some x's and low verticals. He will make a fine hunter or jumper. He has the athleticism to go the distance with a steady mind to work through new situations. DANDY BOY bathes, clips, loads and puts up with having kids hanging off of him.

PITICELLE is a mare who is bred to jump. She has the look of a hunter and the breeding to do the job. PITICELLE is a nice chestnut mare who will need a kind and understanding rider for her to reach her best. She will have 60 days of professional training by sale time. PITICELLE has a number of outstanding sires in her background, including BAJAZZO, who sired world class event horses, and FANTAST, champion hunter and sire of grand prix jumpers.

Lot 75 - AMADEUS II

AMADEUS II is a 2005, 16.1hh, dark brown Canadian Warmblood gelding. He is very pleasing to look at, good natured, refined and elegant with good bone size. AMADEUS II received all eights as a foal at the CWHBA mare inspection in Dawson Creek, BC in 2006. AMADEUS II demonstrates three correct gaits, correct conformation and he is easy to handle. He will have three months under saddle by a professional trainer by the sale day. AMADEUS II is Performance Futurity Nominated.
