Sire: ROCKS is a Swiss Warmblood and combines top
French bloodlines in his pedigree. He
produces excellent foals with either Warmblood or Thoroughbred mares. He was shown in the preliminary jumper division
in 1997. ROCKY DE BAUSSY carries
the blood of ALME Z through his sire JALISCO B, who is out of a FURIOSO
II mare. JALISCO B represented
Portugal in the 1988 Olympics and has produced such good jumping stallions
as ONYX IV (1980), PAPILLON ROUGE (1981), QUITO DE BAUSSY (1990 World
Champion), and FILOU (sire of approved Swiss Warmblood Stallion FILS DE
LULLY). Dam: MAKEAMEGABUCK is line bred to four of the Thoroughbred
"biggies" in sport; HYPERION, NEARCO, SON-IN-LAW, and BAHRAM.
Her sire is by VAGUELY NOBLE (grandsire to the US eventers BREVITY
and RIVERDEE) and out of GOOFED (ancestor to the US eventer GAME PLAN).
GOOFED is by COURT MARTIAL, who is a strong influence for ability
over fences. Notes: DI DI is a lovely well balanced mare, with
a quiet and steady disposition, which she passes on to her offspring. She received a score of 6.8 on inspection in
1999. DI DI has produced three
foals to date, 1 colt and 2 fillies, all from stallions including ALME
in their pedigree. The double
ALME cross has, in each case, produced very pretty, correct and talented
offspring. DI DI's foal of 2003, RAMIRA, placed in the
CWHBA foal futurity, as did other RADJAH Z foals. UTE her foal of 2001 will be inspected this year and is expected
to receive a premium score. DI
DI was bred May 27, 2004 for another RADJAH Z offspring in 2005. DI DI received the basics under saddle as a
three year old and will have additional riding by sale date. |
