Sire: EASTERN RULER is an imported KWPN son of the
legendary B. RAMIRO z, 'Euro Stallion of the Century'. EASTERN RULER's dam comes from the old Dutch
foundation lines of ONYX and AMOR. EASTERN
RULER has produced many outstanding individuals, Champions in Hunter,
Jumper, Dressage, and Foal Futurities.
Some of the many are EDWYNTONN (2001 Ontario Champion CSHA yearling
colt), GOLDEN SUMMERLEA, (Champion Sport Horse filly at Toronto Royal),
LAVENDER (#1 ranked NAWPN Ad/Am Hunter Champion in 2000), as well as HEIRBORN
and MISTRAL. Dam: MAGGIE, a rich chestnut mare, is an ideal Warmblood
with a wonderful temperament, good bone, and nice relaxed stride.
Her sire, MAJOR WON, is a grandson of NORTHERN DANCER, and has
sired many successful young performance horses.
Her dam, PHOEBE, is by the Westfalen stallion, PARCOURS, by the
great performance sire, PARADOX I, who played an extremely important role
in the development of the Westfalen breed and its outstanding record as
a source of competition horses. Notes: ECHO is a striking bay mare with outstanding conformation, excellent gaits and a wonderful temperament. She is a proven broodmare, having produces two excellent offspring, including FARRAH, a 2003 filly by MJ FUSION. ECHO has started briefly as a three year old before joining the broodmare band. She has been back in training since June 2004. ECHO has been very easy to start. She is very quiet and learns quickly. She carries herself in a very good frame and shows excellent ability for lateral work and lengthening. While she has lots of size and substance, her gentle temperament makes her a perfect adult amateur prospect for the dressage or jumper ring. |
