Sire: POUR GAGNE is a licensed and fully approved
stallion. He is approved by the
Hannoverian Verband in Germany, Oldenburg. AHS, CWHBA and CSHA. In the performance test, he received a score
of 10 for his character, his ability to work, and his canter and scores
of 9 for his willingness to work in his rideability. His firsts crop of foals was born in 1999. He produces very elegant, impressive foals
with beautiful heads, necks and top line, clearly refining foals out of
heavier type mares. POUR GAGNE
was the winner of the 1999 American Hanoverian Society East Coast inspection. POUR GAGNE's sire, the well-known Westphalian
stallion PILOT is one of Germany's most successful sires of show jumpers.
He produces such horses as the internationally successful P.S.
PRIAMOS (Ludger Beerbaum), Olympic horses BUGATTI PEDRO (W. Brinkmann)
and PIROL (Leslie McNaucht-Maendli). PILOT was the youngest stallion whose offspring
won more than DM 1,000,000 at horse shows in Germany. He has been leading his age group in terms
of money won by offspring for several years in a row. POUR GAGNE is deceased and only frozen semen is available. Dam: SAILOR'S HONEY is a wonderful Thoroughbred
mare that scored 2nd Premium at her mare inspection. In conformation she scored 8's for her head, saddle position, and
croup. In her classification,
she scored 8 for her breed and sex type and 9 for her general impression
and development. This mare was
a successful race horse on the track earning over $7000 before injury
forced her to retire as a broodmare.
SAILOR'S HONEY produced MOCHACCINO, who sold for $20,000 at the
2002 Fall Classic Breeders' Sale. Notes: PANACHE is a handsome big fellow is very kind
and pleasant. His good looks combined
with a warm co-operative attitude make him an outstanding performance
prospect. He is very quick to
learn and always tries to please. He
will mature over 17 HH. He has
been an elegant horse from the day he was born consistently showing swing
and elasticity and flair that will stand you well in an discipline. He is also Canadian Performance Futurity nominated. |
