Sire:  BONAPARTE was Basic 4 Reserve Champion at the B.C. Dressage Championships in 1999.  In 2000, he completed his first year of Medium level dressage with scores up to 80%.  In 2002, he did his first Prix St. George, winning four, and placing second twice at six shows in Alberta.  BONAPARTE was sold in 2002 to the U.S., where he is currently in training for Grand Prix.  At the 2000 Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance Test, BONAPARTE scored three perfect 10’s for: willingness to work, character and temperament.  In addition, he was second in dressage and fourth in jumping.  His offspring have inherited his great temperament, outstanding movement and willing attitude.

Dam:  An elegant Dressage horse, PRYORITY FLEET, was inspected by both the Canadian Warmblood and the Zangersheide stud book.  She produced some beautiful Hunter and Dressage horses.

Notes:  BORNEO is a very elegant horse.  A beautiful mover, his pedigree qualifies him for higher level dressage.  Although his nice free jumping form also suggests that he could have a career in the hunter ring.  BORNEO was started in the fall of 2003 and given the winter off to grow.  He has been in professional training since July 2004 and is expected to go to his first Dressage show in early September.  He has also been on trail rides at a walk, trot and canter to improve his versatility.  At only four years of age, BORNEO already possesses high trainability, he has demonstrated a great willingness to work, and has emerged as a quick learner.
