| Sire: | WODAN is a branded Hanoverian stallion who is registered with five different breed associations in Germany. Prior to his export to Canada, he was a successful International Grand Prix jumper. Among his victories is the prestigious win at the indoor Grand Prix in Vienna under Frankie SloothaakWODAN has proven to be an excellent breeding stallion by siring several successful sport horses including: WEMBLAY, WALHALLA, WALZER, TUSCALUSA, WALLENTINAL, and WODYNA, all having competed at International Grand Prix level in jumping or dressage. |
| Dam: | THUNDER'S FIREFLY, aka BABE, is a big, sturdy Bay mare with correct conformation, super |
| smooth ride and excellent disposition. Although Tennessee Walking Horse (Twh) is an unusual cross |
| for a Warmblood, Im sure youll agree that, in this case, it was a success. |
| Notes: | WAR EAGLE is a three-year-old gelding who was not an early foal and should mature to be a veryl arge horse when he fills out. He is a horse with a tremendous trot, a terrific stride, ground covering and very nice action. His jumping style is very good, with lots of scope - definitely worth a serious look. He will have a couple months under saddle by the time of the sale. So far, he has been straightforward to start. BUTCH, as is his nickname, is a fun horse to ride with lots of enthusiasm and "go", not at all mean about anything, fairly quick to catch on to new things. If youre looking for a fun horse that could easily turn into a seriously competitive mount, this could be him! |
