Sire: |
FABRIZIO DU MOULIN is internationally ranked by the WBFSH in show jumping. His sire, FILOU, is closely related to SILBERSEE and QUATSOUS, both international jumpers and sires of international jumpers. FABRIZIOs pedigree also boasts IBRAHIM, FRA DIAVOLO, 2 crosses to RANTZAU, and 2 crosses to NOSTRADAMUS. IBRAHIM is a dominant sport influence, and is ikely best known as the sire of ALME. RANTZAU is the sire of COR DE LA BRYERE, one of themost influential sires in the Holstien breed, for jumping primarily, but also for dressage. |

Notes: |
VELVET TOUCH has all the potential to be a very useful gelding - kind enough for any age rider and talented enough to be a useful show horse. He was ridden by a junior last winter, and certainly caused no problems in individual or group situations. VELVET has had lots of work on the flat and over fences, but limited showing. However, with his sensible attitude, this should not pose any problem. His personality is exceptional - he absolutely loves people. He has had some soundness issues, but these have been worked through and resolved, and radiographs will be on file to provide the confidence in his ability to proceed into an active competitive career. |
