Notes: |
RAVEN'S CREST is a CWHBA branded and inspected mare who has had a couple of foals and is now ready to enter a competitive career. We had intended to only breed her once and then resume her performance career, but we liked her first foal so well that we had to have a second. RAVENs first foal was conceived as a result of frozen semen, and her second resulted from artificial insemination on our farm. She has foaled with no difficulties both times, and should be able to re-enter broodmare status with no problem. This is one mare we would not sell if we did not have a full sister at home. RAVEN is a striking black filly with very good movement and terrific jumping form. She was started as a three-year-old prior to being bred, and her movement was greatly admired by observers at the stable where she was being ridden. When we free-jumped her as a three-year-old she had the best form of any of the many horses that we jumped. RAVEN should be able to do either dressage or jumping with equal proficiency. |
