Sire: WIDUKIND is a Hanoverian who is approved CSH. A WERTHER son out of one of the best
Hanoverian mare families. An expressive stallion with top quality basic paces and excellent jumping
ability. His offspring are still young but show excellent riding qualities. WIDUKIND is a modern
sport horse with excellent conformation and brilliant movement. His sire, WERTHER, 1992
Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, is sire to many successful international horses including the top jumper
WERRA, winner of the German Masters under Great Britain's Nick Skelton, and, in the dressage
ring, WILLY THE GREAT, USA Grand Prix Champion and Horse of the Year under Hilda Gurney.
The dam, GESINE, is an outstanding broodmare, producing WIDUKIND's full brother
WOGENBRECKER, an approved Hanoverian stallion who, although still young, produces top selling
offspring at the Westphalian Auction in Manster each year.
Dam: LADY has a very refined, classic look that is eye catching and appealing. Along with wonderful gaits
and excellent rideability, her good conformation and wonderful temperament combine to make her an
excellent broodmare. She passes all of these good characteristics to her offspring. Although older
(now 19 years), she still displays great willingness and enthusiastic interest in both dressage and
jumping disciplines. At 16HH, she is a perfect size for any rider and will produce many wonderful
foals. LADY was inspected by the CWHBA in August and achieved a 2nd Premium score.
Notes: WESTMINSTER ABBEY is a gorgeous, elegant filly with excellent gaits and picture perfect
conformation. Clever and personable, she will make a wonderful sport horse no matter what
discipline. Her potential is unlimited. Her half brothers and sisters, although still young, are doing very
well in their chosen disciplines. She should mature out at 16.1HH or better and shows great promise
for her bright future.
