Sire: ALBERT ROCKS is a well known racing stallion who was stakes winner of $108,288 and sire of
many winners. ALBERT ROCKS was a grandson of NORTHERN DANCER.
Dam: SWEETER 'N WILLIE won more than $35,000 as a two year old before becoming a broodmare.
Her foals have been consistent winners on the track. This capable mare's sire was THE WILLIES II,
and her dam, SWEET FURY, comes from the MAN O' WAR line.
Notes: ROXY is a quality Thoroughbred mare with a successful racing career, earning $11,748 as a two and
three year old. She was inspected and approved for entry into the CWHBA stud book in 1997,
receiving a score of 7 for conformation. She passes her quality to her foals, crossing particularly well
with larger stallions. ROXY is easy to handle and breed - demonstrating her pleasant disposition.
She brings a rare combination of NORTHERN DANCER and MAN O' WAR Thoroughbred
bloodlines. She is an ideal broodmare for breeders looking for Thoroughbred refinement in their
breeding program while maintaining top quality athletic bloodlines. ROXY is confirmed in foal to
URYMATE DE STE HERMELLE. URYMATE DE STE HERMELLE was Belgian champion of 3
year olds and winner of Belgian jumping competitions. In Switzerland, he has been jumped up to
category S with classifications in category M II. In 1989 he was a breeding stallion in the Swiss
National breeding barn. His first descendants are already classified category M II in jumping and
competing in category S: DARIOKA DU BEL AIR, URION II, and URI. Worth mentioning are
also COVALI DU MONTELAZ, twice without faults among 5 year olds, NEPTUN V, ULYSSE
VII, UGANDA II, twice without faults among the 4 year olds, the successful DELPHINE DE MON
BIJOU, as well as OCTOPUSSY, finalist at Prom CH dressage of 4 year olds, and VIVA DE LA
POUDRIERE, finalist Prom CH cross-country. He is father of the stallions URYCAP and
URYBALDI, imported to Canada and successful in jumping.
