Sire: GOODWILL was imported to Canada where he entered an exemplary career as a hunter, earning
over $10,000. His offspring have performed well in Germany in both dressage and show jumping. In
Canada, he stood as a stallion at Spruce Meadows, producing many quality offspring including
GEISHA (1987), who received the top award for Hanoverian mares during the 1990 inspection at
Spruce Meadows, as well as first place at the 1990 Alberta Horse Improvement Program. Another
offspring, GIZMO, was the top selling sport horse filly at the 1993 Spruce Meadows Auction and
now resides in Japan. GOODWILL's breeding includes the impressive lines of LUGANO I and
DOMGRAFF II.
Dam: SHE WILLOWE's sire, SHADY STREET, was a grandson of NIJINSKY II, the famous
NORTHERN DANCER son. This line of Thoroughbreds are known for their athletic ability.
Notes: GOODWILL CHARM, aka GRETA, is a sweet natured mare who would perform well for an
experienced youth rider or smaller adult. She has good gaits and lots of jump, reflecting the talent of
her famous father, GOODWILL. GRETA has alternated her careers as a riding horse and
broodmare, capably performing both roles. As a riding horse, she has been Pony Club horse, hunter,
and pleasure horse. After several years as a broodmare, GRETA, was put back into training this
summer, and has responded very well, showing lots of heart and enthusiasm in her work. She is
currently training at the Basic 3 dressage level, and jumps consistently at the 2'9" to 3' level. (Note:
GRETA has had surgery to remove one ovary, but still cycles normally on the remaining ovary.)
